Most asphalt does not fail all at once. It fails at an edge, at a crack, or at the one low spot where water sits after every storm.

Professional asphalt resurfacing and patching is worth doing at the point where the damage is still local. Left alone, water finds the crack, works into the base, and turns a repair into a replacement.

What we look at

Potholes, cracking, broken edges and drainage. Edge remediation matters more than it sounds: an unsupported edge crumbles inward and takes the surface with it.

Mill and overlay

Where the base is sound but the surface is spent, milling off the worn layer and overlaying gives a new running surface without the cost and disruption of a full rebuild.

Being straight about it

If a repair will not hold, we say so. Patching over a failed base buys a season and wastes the money spent on it.
